Can I keep a whole family in one place?

Yes. Students, parents and guardians are grouped into households. You see the whole family together, with each person's memberships and documents.

How do families sign waivers?

Families sign from a link you send them. They open the waiver or agreement on a phone or computer and sign it there. They don't need an account.

Can waivers be in other languages?

Yes. You can write document templates in several languages. Each family reads and signs in the language they understand.

Where are signed documents kept?

On the member's record in Sidekick MAS. The signed copy stays there, so you can pull it up when a parent asks for it.

What is the family portal?

A sign-in area for your families. Parents and students can see the class schedule and sign the documents waiting for them.

Can the family portal match my school's brand?

Yes. The portal's login page uses your school's logo and colors. You choose how it looks.
