Yes. You can send email and text messages to your members from Sidekick MAS.
Can members reply?
Yes. Replies land in a two-way inbox, and your team carries on the conversation from there.
Can my whole team see the conversations?
Yes, everyone on your team who handles messages. The inbox is shared, so they all work from the same conversations.
Can I tell whether a message was delivered?
Yes. Sidekick MAS shows the delivery status of each message.
Can I reuse messages I send often?
Yes. You can save message templates and use them again.
Do I still need a separate texting app?
